Lévesque antique creations are inspired by objects coming out of our
attics, chests and old drawers. Self-taught
artist, she discovers a profound affinity to things from the past. Her work
allowed her to break through the language of objects. Movements, shapes and
materials all combine to give them meaning. The artist suggests a journey
through time. Her
attachement and pride to heritage clearly comes to light in her works and
sparkles our feeling for preservation. The
artist, through her exhibitions and appearance to numerous cultural
activities in many regions of the province of Quebec lead her to Paris for a
exposition entilled "L'ame des choses" (The soul of things). |
